The training everyone else avoids. Done properly.
Audit. Anti-bribery. Quality. Risk. GDPR. The subjects your employees have to do and nobody wants to sit through. We make them the ones people actually remember — through storytelling, real scenarios, and design that treats learners like adults.
Why most compliance training fails
Most compliance training is designed around one question: “How do we cover all this content?” The result is forty-slide modules with a Next button as the only interaction, a stock avatar reading bullet points aloud, and a pass mark set at 80% so everyone passes on the second attempt. It meets the legal requirement. It teaches almost nothing.
When the training looks like it was assembled in an afternoon, learners know it. They click through, they guess the quiz, they move on. The Aesthetic Usability Effect is real: when something looks badly designed, people trust the content less, engage with it less, and remember less of it. Good design is not decoration — it’s part of how the learning works.
What we do differently
We start from a different question: “What does this person actually need to understand, and what’s the most effective way to show them?”
That means real scenarios. Characters who behave like real people in real situations, not compliance avatars reciting policy. It means a visual language that signals this matters — not a clip-art toolkit and a corporate font. It means interactions that require the learner to think, not just click.
We’ve built this kind of training for enterprise teams across auditing, anti-bribery, quality management, and risk — including programmes that reached 120,000 people inside some of the most complex organisations in the world.

On NDAs: most of our compliance work is under NDA, so client names stay private. What we can share: results. If you want specifics — engagement scores, completion rates, reviewer feedback — ask us in a conversation. We’ll tell you what we’re able to share.
Subjects we know well
We’ve built training across a wide range of compliance topics, including:
- Internal audit and risk-based auditing
- Anti-bribery and anti-corruption (including FCPA, UK Bribery Act)
- Quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100)
- Supplier and partner compliance
- Health, safety, and environment
- Data protection and GDPR
- Ethics and code of conduct
- Manufacturing process compliance
The formats that work for compliance
Not every compliance topic calls for the same format. We help clients choose the right one — and we build whichever it is well.
Digital eLearning
The most scalable format. Built once, runs everywhere. Works well for mandatory annual refreshers, onboarding, and multi-site rollouts. We build in SCORM or xAPI, ready for any LMS.
In-Person Sessions
For high-stakes topics where discussion matters — audit readiness, ethics dilemmas, supply chain risk — a facilitated room often lands harder than a module. We design the materials, scenarios, and facilitator guides.
Webinars
A good middle ground for teams that are geographically distributed. We design the session, the slides, and the live interactions — not just a deck for someone to read aloud.
